Tough Questions for Catholics

Face to Face Course
Mondays 6th November - 27th November
10:00am - 12:00pm
Mr Joe Tedesco
Newman Siena Centre (Clune Lecture Theatre)

Religious faith often brings up as many questions as it answers. In the Catholic tradition, there are many practices, beliefs and conventions that are often questioned or simply misunderstood. What do we really believe about the Bible? How did we come to believe what we do about Mary the mother of Jesus? If God is so good, why do bad things happen to good people? What is heaven and hell really about? This course will navigate through such questions in a manner that builds faith and understanding. It will acknowledge our Catholic tradition and heritage while recognising that we need to live our faith in the reality of a changing world.
